Atelier de Gravure Empreinte
3-Week Artist Residency 2026 (Luxembourg)
Three artists will be selected for an interview with one winning the residency award.
Empreinte is an artist-run, self-managed printmakers' collective located in Luxembourg City. Our studio serves as a vibrant space for both exchange and creation, embodying the core of our association. We share a common passion for classic printing techniques. Our studio is equipped with two presses, etching baths, heating plates, and an aquatint box, allowing us to practice and preserve traditional printmaking methods. As an association, we are dedicated to raising awareness of original graphic works and sharing our know-how to keep traditional engraving alive in a contemporary context. Empreinte also offers two residencies annually to experienced printmakers, providing them with the opportunity to work abroad and new experiences.

Bainbridge Print Rooms
One Month Artist Residency 2026 (London)
Bainbridge Print Studio provides open access print facilities for both screenprint and intaglio/relief processes, artist studios and desk spaces plus a varied programme of workshops taught by professional artists and designers. We run two print studios in South London in Vauxhall and Croydon, where we work hard to facilitate a professional and supportive environment for those practicing within the parameters of contemporary print and design, and encourage a spirit of community and support in our print rooms.


Hippo Screenprinters
Edition of 20, A3, 3 colour Screenprints
Hippo Screenprinters is a fine art screen printing studio in Essex, run by partners Lynne Blackburn & Ian Bailey. The studio specialises in creating hand-pulled screenprint editions for artists, art galleries and publishers and has created screenprints which appear in galleries and collections both nationally and internationally. We can create multi-layered screenprints from original artworks, digital scans or photographs, or we can work directly with the artist to create hand painted, or drawn, layers. We also print archival digital giclee prints on paper or canvas which can be embellished with screenprinted elements; diamond dust; varnish or gold leaf.


Hive Gallery
Solo Exhibition (Bolton, UK)
Hive Artists CIC was established in 2022 to support the development of artists at all stages of their careers and provide the community opportunities to engage with high quality contemporary visual art in accessible spaces across Bolton. They also work with the University of Bolton’s students and tutors, the Museum and Library Services, local schools and colleges and several other community groups. Hive Artists have links with the local media and use film and photography to document their exhibitions so they can reach a wider audience. The entire spectrum of visual art is showcased in the gallery from embroidery and printed textiles to sculpture and ceramics.

Ironbridge Fine Arts & Printmakers is a family-run gallery and specialist printmaking studio, celebrated for designing and manufacturing Gunning etching presses since 1980. Supporting artists worldwide with outstanding printmaking equipment and expertise, their offerings include a diverse range of one to one printmaking workshops, GCF-accredited framing services, and a carefully curated gallery. The gallery also hosts an annual Printmaking Open, showcasing exceptional talent from around the UK. Rooted in tradition while embracing innovation, they are committed to nurturing creativity and providing a welcoming environment where art and technique flourish.

John Purcell Paper has been supplying fine art paper for over 35 years. Handmade and cylinder mould-made papers manufactured at the world famous European Mills are available from stock from our South London warehouse. We have an unrivalled knowledge of these papers and can ship across the UK and abroad. The papers made specifically for traditional printmaking can be used with etching, lithography, and silkscreen techniques. They are also used widely for fine book printing using letterpress, wood engraving and linocut. An extensive range of papers suitable for drawing, painting, digital printing and alternative photographic printmaking techniques are also available.

LOOP Artists in Print is an informal co-operative founded in 2005 by Camberwell School of Art MA graduates. We celebrate prints full spectrum; from traditional etching and woodcut to experimental digital methods, inviting alumni and emerging talent to exhibit annually. In 2025, our 20th anniversary exhibitions will be held at BSMT Urban Arts Gallery, Dalston (April), and Bankside Gallery, next to Tate Modern (September). Run entirely by volunteers, we share costs and responsibilities without profit. Our partnerships with Camberwell College of the Arts and Bankside Gallery (Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers) provide graduate prizes and ongoing professional exposure. As our network expands, LOOP’s members include print studio owners, educators, and renowned printmakers.
